Trinity Oaks Pinot Grigio is vinified from 100% California Pinot Grigio grapes. We hand selected some of the best vineyards in California to provide us with the finest grapes to produce this bright, refreshing wine.

The Trinity Oaks winemaking team pays close attention to developing California's top vineyards with a focus on coastal climates proven to produce superior, expressive fruit. Each year we select the finest fruit from these growing regions to carefully craft our portfolio of wines. The final achievement is a fruit-forward, food-friendly style consumers have come to expect and appreciate.
2020 Merlot
Trinity Oaks 2020 Merlot was sourced from premier California vineyards in Lodi-Delta and coastal counties that use sustainable growing practices. The wine was aged in American and French oak uprights to add texture and roundness. 70% infused with French oak staves.
2021 Pinot Noir
Harvested during the cool mornings in Sacramento County and the Central Coast, the grapes were brought into the winery at a cool 55 degrees. The wine was aged upright for six months to add complexity and round out the tannins.
2020 Cabernet Sauvignon
Trinity Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon is vinified from 100% California Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. By sourcing from Lodi and the Central Coast of California, we are able to create a delicious, full-bodied wine that shares the rich intensity fruit of which these regions provide.
2021 Chardonnay
Trinity Oaks Chardonnay was produced from a blend of Lodi-Delta and Coastal California Chardonnay grapes. The grapes for this vintage were harvested from top vineyard locations throughout California with a focus on coastal climates proven to produce superior, expressive fruit.
