2021 Pinot Grigio

Vineyard Information:

Trinity Oaks 2021 Pinot Grigio was sourced from premier California vineyards that use sustainable growing practices. Cover crops like flowers, oats, & barley are grown between the grape vines to naturally enrich the soil, boosting ripeness within the fruit. The cover crops also lure beneficial insects to the area, protecting the vines from predators.

Winemaking:

In classic Pinot Grigio style, the wine was cold fermented at 50 degrees Fahrenheit to retain the fresh fruity aromas and flavors. No oak aging or malolactic fermentation was used.
