Trinity Oaks 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is vinified from 100% California Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. By sourcing 50% from Lodi and 50% from Monterey County, we are able to create a delicious full bodied wine that shares the rich intensity fruit of which these regions provide.
After a 10-day fermentation in stainless tanks, the wine was aged in American and French oak, with 70% infused with French oak staves, to round out and soften its rich, black cherry and currant flavors.
A fruit forward wine with delicious aromas and flavors of blackberry and black cherry with notes of green olive, cedar, dried herbs and vanilla. Pairs well with braised and roasted meat dishes.
