The grapes for this bottling were sourced from vineyards in the Santa Barbara County, the Sacramento County and the Lodi region (San Joaquin County).
Winemaking
The wine was cold fermented at 55 degrees Fahrenheit to retain the fresh, fruity aromas and flavors. No oak aging or malolactic fermentation was used.
Tasting Notes
This Riesling has refreshing honeysuckle flavor with hints of peach and apricot and a long and pleasant finish. It's especially terrific with seafood, red or yellow curry, and spicy Asian or Latin cuisines.
