2008 Chardonnay

Vineyard Information
Trinity Oaks 2008 Chardonnay was produced from a blend of 50% coastal grapes (Monterey County), and 50% Sacramento Delta and Lodi region grapes.
Winemaking
The wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation to enhance aromas and mouthfeel and is then aged in a combination of French and American oak.
Tasting Notes
Trinity Oaks 2008 Chardonnay has a fresh, bright aroma of green apples and citrus. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, with similar flavors enhanced by crisp acidity and a touch of oak. This well-balanced Chardonnay makes an ideal accompaniment to fish and poultry dishes, salads, and vegetarian entrees.
