The Trinity Oaks winemaking team pays close attention to developing California's top vineyards with a focus on coastal climates proven to produce superior, expressive fruit. Each year we select the finest fruit from these growing regions to carefully craft our portfolio of wines. The final achievement is a fruit-forward, food-friendly style consumers have come to expect and appreciate.

2006 Pinot Grigio

2008 Pinot Grigio

The grapes for this vintage were harvested from our vineyards in the cool Sacramento Delta Region, Lodi AVA, and Santa Barbara County. In classic Pinot Grigio style, the wine was cold fermented at 50 degrees Fahrenheit to retain the fresh fruity aromas and flavors. No oak aging or malolactic fermentation was used.

2005 Merlot

The grapes for this bottling were sourced from vineyards in the Sacramento County and Lodi region (San Joaquin County) and from vineyards along California's Monterey coast. The blend contains 15% Cabernet Sauvignon for added complexity and structure. After a 10-day fermentation, the wine was aged in American and French oak uprights to add texture and roundness.
