The grapes for this bottling were sourced from vineyards in the Santa
Barbara County, the Sacramento County and the Lodi region (San
Joaquin County).
The wine was cold fermented at 50 degrees Fahrenheit to retain the
fresh, fruity aromas and flavors. No oak aging or malolactic fermentation
was used.
This Johannisberg Riesling has refreshing honeysuckle flavor with hints
of peach and apricot and a long and pleasant finish. It's especially terrific
with seafood, red or yellow curry, and spicy Asian or Latin cuisines
