Pinot Noir.

The grapes for this bottling were sourced from our Circle K Ranch vineyard in the Sacramento County and from Monterey County.

After a 7-day fermentation, the wine was aged in American and French oak upright tanks to add texture and roundness.

This Pinot Noir has bright black cherry flavors with hints of tobacco and mint, a smooth silky texture and mild tannins. It is particularly savory with salmon, roast chicken, baked ham and lighter pastas.
