Cabernet Sauvignon.

Trinity Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon, from an excellent red wine vintage in California, contains 7% merlot and was produced from a blend of 50% coastal grapes (Monterey, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barbara counties) and 50% Lodi region grapes.

After a 10-day fermentation in stainless tanks, the wine was aged in American oak uprights to round out and soften its rich cherry and currant flavors.

Trinity Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon displays a complex, attractive aroma of ripe cherry and red currant fruit with hints of green olives, cedar, licorice, and oak vanillin. The wine's rich, smooth, medium-bodied flavors are balanced by supple tannins and augmented by subtle vanilla oak tones. This delicious, approachable cabernet is ready to drink now, but will develop further complexity with 2-3 years' additional aging.
