Chardonnay.

Trinity Oaks Chardonnay was produced from a blend of 50% coastal grapes (Monterey and Santa Barbara counties, including the winery's Los Alamos Vineyard in Santa Barbara), 44% Sacramento Delta and Lodi region grapes, and 6% Napa Valley grapes, all estate-grown.

Fifty per cent of the juice was cold-fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks, while 50% was oak-fermented and aged.

Trinity Oaks Chardonnay has a fresh, bright aroma of apples and citrus, with a delicate floral note of honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and silky, with similar flavors enhanced by crisp acidity and a touch of oak. This well-balanced, elegant Chardonnay makes an ideal accompaniment to fish and poultry dishes, salads, and vegetarian entrees.
